Security Officer	At least Master’s Degrees in any field from any recognize university of HEC. ii.On deputation with 5 years of service in Security related departments, iii.Retired Army or Police officers will be preferred. iv. Age limit 40-50 years.
Accountant/ Cashier	i. B.Com or equivalent degree in relevant field from any recognized university of HEC. Ii. Having 03-month Diploma in computer study.
Assistant Private Secretary	i. B.A or equivalent degree (at least 2″ division) in relevant field from any recognized university of HEC. Ii. Speed 100/50 in short hand and typing respectively. iii. Must be proficient in basic tools of MS-Office. iv. Atleast 05-years experience in relevant field.
Ragi / Kirtani	i. Middle from recognized Board. ii. Well versed with Sri-Guru Granth Sahib. iii.Can do with “Shabd Kirtan” Sikh rituals, basic knowledge about Ragh, can play Tabla/ Harmonium. iv.Must be Gur Sikh (Amrat Dhari) fulfill criteria of Sikh religion.
Granthis	I Matriculation from recognized Board. Ii Well versed with Sri-Guru Granth Sahib. iii.Must be Gur Sikh (Amrat Dhari) fulfill criteria of Sikh religion. iv. Complete knowledge of Gur-Mukhi language and religious virtual of Sikh religious code of conduct. (Amrat Dhari)
Paathi Singh	i. Middle from recognized Board. ii.Well versed with Sri-Guru Granth Sahib (sikh Religious book). iii.Complete knowledge of Gur-Mukhi language (read/speak/write). iv. Must be Gur Sikh (Amrat Dhari) fulfill criteria of Sikh religion.
Sewadars	i.Middle from recognized Board. ii.Well versed with Sri-Guru Granth Sahib, iii.Complete knowledge of Gurmukhi language & Minority religious rituals as per Sikh religion code of conduct.
Caretaker	i. Intermediate or equivalent degree (at least 2nd division) in relevant field from any recognize Female) Board. Ii Atleast 03-years experience in relevant field.
Security Guards	Middle with following conditions:-a)Height at least 5.7 feet (Male) Chest 33-34- ½ b)Height at least 5.4 (Female)
Driver	i. Middle from any Board. ii. Having LTV license. iii. At least 05-years experience.
Cook / Waiters / Masalchi	i. Middle from any Board. ii. At least 05-years experience
Electrician	i. Matriculation from recognized Board. ii, 01-year certificate of Electrician course from TEVTA / Board of Technical Education
Naib Qasid	Middle class pass with physical fitness.
Mali	i. Primary from any Board. ii. At least 05-years experience
Sweeper	Eligible to perform duty and physical fitness.
Tube Well Operator	Middle from recognized Board with 3-years experience.
