2. Candidates for Warders are required to deposit a fee slip of Rs.450/- in any branch of HBL/MCB (challan form is attached with application form).
3. Send your duly filled application form through courier to the address given below along with
   • Original Paid Deposit Slip
   • Copy of CNIC
   • Copies of other relevant attested documents
4. For the post of gatekeeper, candidates will send applications along with attested copies of relevant documents to the address “Superintendent Headquarter Jail, Haripur”.
5. The last date for submission of the application form is 02 December 2020.
