There are certain requirements interested candidates must fulfill in order to be selected for the TITP program which is as follows:

You must not be convicted of any criminal or civil crime.

You must have six months of skill certificate in the desired field. Provided that you hold no skilled qualification certificate, you must have at least one-year recognizable experience in the desired field.

You must be between 18 to 30 years of age.

You must be physically and mentally healthy.

Step by step process of selection by NUTECH

NUTECH runs the process step by step so that all the standards are met accordingly. The details are as followed:

NUTECH does shortlist of applicants & dispatch them a letter for skill test & interview.
NSTC conducts skill tests, results in the compilation, and announcement.
Candidates are issued Call letters & Medical / Mental Health screening.
If required, in the next step, call letters are sent to reserved candidates & Medical / Mental Health screening.
Final List communication to MoFE&PT for processing and dispatch to Supervising Organization.
Candidates are provided15 days training that is for introduction to Japanese Language/Culture & requirements of TITP Program.
Selected candidates get 5 days of training for familiarization about the Rules and work ethics of the Implementing Organization.
Then, verification of CNIC through NADRA is done.
In the second last step, verification of Degree/ Diploma/ Experience certificates from respective boards and employers is conducted.
Last but not least, visa matters are completed. Candidates are then allowed to fly to Japan.
